What is garden cinema hire?
A garden cinema is a combination of audio and video equipment set up and installed right in your very own garden to provide an utterly personalised movie screening.
These cinema setups come in various shapes and sizes. Whether it's under the stars or snug within a canvas structure, or under the stars next to a firepit with our open air experiences.
Interior fittings like seating, lighting and flooring all come in our standard packages and there are loads of additional extras for you to think about for your special event.
At Resonate we offer 3 types of canvas bell tent garden cinema hire packages:
4m Bell tent Cinema Hire
The 4m canvas Bell tents provide a cosy and intimate setting, creating a personal and engaging cinema experience. The enclosed space helps you and your guests to focus their attention on the movie or games, enhancing the overall atmosphere.
Our 4m Canvas Bell tent is the smallest structure we offer for our cinema hire packages. However it still offers more than enough space for up to 4 adults or 6 children, our maximum recommendation would be 6 children on bean bags, but we have seen as many as 10 or 12 squeezed in the tent!
We arrange the furnishings around the edges and position the screen so that it faces the doors. This guarantees that there is enough room in the centre of the tent for moving around and, of course, putting down drinks and snacks.
How much space do I need in my Garden for a 4m Bell tent?
You will need a 6m x 6m grassy area for a 4m bell tent in your garden.
Unlike our marquee structures, bell tents cannot be pitched on artificial grass or concrete.
What is included in our 4m bell tent cinema hire package?
Our 4-metre bell tents feel cosy and snug, yet when you’re inside, there's more than enough space to swing a kitchen sink (or, for a more realistic comparison, enough to fit 2 queen-size beds).
The 4m bell tent offers all the space you need at the lowest price while still upholding all the highest specifications of our larger tents.
The tent is fully waterproof and breathable, making it a comfortable environment in any weather. If it does get too hot, the tent features 4 zip windows and a zip-down door to create some more airflow inside the tent.

5m Bell tent Cinema Hire
The unique and charming appearance of our 5m bell tents adds a touch of whimsy to your event. We kit them out with fairy lights, rugs, and lanterns to create an appealing and comfortable space for your guests.
Ideal for up to 6 adults or 8 children. The setup is the same as our 4m tent, with the furniture being arranged snugly around the edges leaving space in the middle for drinks and snacks. We recommend 8 children on bean bags; however we do know 12 children have partied inside!
How much space do I need in my Garden for a 5m Bell tent?
You’ll need a 7m x 7m space in your garden. This must be grass as we cannot pitch a tent on concrete, patios, decking, or artificial grass.
What is included in our 5m bell tent cinema hire package?
The 5m Bell tent package is similar to the 4 meter, there’s just more space! It is the ideal package for up to 6 adults or 8 children. We recommend 8 children on bean bags, but you can squeeze in 10-12

What is included in our Touareg bell tent cinema hire package?
Touareg tents are known for their distinctive and exotic appearance. The unique design, based on traditional Sahara tents, can create a cosy and intimate atmosphere. This setting adds a touch of authenticity and cultural richness to your cinema party, making it more memorable.
Most of our customers choose to use the floorspace to create a cinema style seating arrangement inside our Touaregs. As they can easily hold 8 adults or 12 children on beanbags, the traditional row seating seems to suit the needs of their guests.
How much space do I need in my Garden for a Touareg Bell tent?
You will need a space in your garden 7m x 8m, this must be pitched on grass, we cannot pitch the tent on concrete or a patio.
